Acceptable Use

Draft standards for lawful transfers, seller listings and use of Dropp tools.

Draft for legal review • updated 2 November 2026 • not yet an effective agreement. Operator identity is verified against CAC records (BN 9776404). Fund custody (Flutterwave), provider permission and the data-retention schedule are now stated. Final sign-off by a Nigerian lawyer is pending before adoption. These drafts do not certify regulatory compliance or replace the currently accepted seller agreement.

1. Prohibited activity

Do not use Dropp for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, impersonation, stolen credentials, unauthorised transfers, sanctions violations or other unlawful activity. Do not sell stolen goods, illegal substances, counterfeit items, unlawful weapons, exploitative content or products you have no right to distribute.

Do not misrepresent verification badges, licence status, guaranteed income or buyer protection. A company verification badge indicates a completed check under the stated process, not regulatory approval, product quality or guaranteed delivery.

2. Fair use and enforcement

Do not automate abusive requests, evade limits, exploit game or reward systems, create duplicate identities for promotions or send unsolicited marketing. Sellers remain responsible for accurate product information, lawful marketing and intellectual-property permissions.

Restrictions must have a lawful basis and an appropriate review route. Preservation of evidence or legally required reporting does not remove users' lawful complaint or fund-redemption rights. Prohibited activity rules do not substitute for required licensing or provider approval.
