Terms of Service

Draft terms for Dropp accounts, wallet transfers, checkout and WhatsApp commands.

Draft for legal review • updated 2 November 2026 • not yet an effective agreement. Operator identity is verified against CAC records (BN 9776404). Fund custody (Flutterwave), provider permission and the data-retention schedule are now stated. Final sign-off by a Nigerian lawyer is pending before adoption. These drafts do not certify regulatory compliance or replace the currently accepted seller agreement.

1. Operator and legal status

Dropp is operated by IMOLEOLUWA DISCIPLESHIP HUB, a sole proprietorship registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, Business Name Registration No. 9776404 (registered 15 August 2026; nature of business: IT services). Tax Identification Number: 2623063880394. Principal place of business: Road 6, Kulodi, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. Registered contact email: idahubng@gmail.com.

Dropp provides wallet, payment-link and commerce tools. Dropp integrates with Flutterwave for collections, virtual-account services and bank cash-outs. Flutterwave, a payment service provider licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, holds customer funds and has confirmed that it permits Dropp's use of its collection, virtual-account and transfer services. Dropp itself is a technology platform: it does not hold a CBN banking, mobile-money or payment-service licence and does not take deposits.

2. Your account and instructions

Provide accurate information and use an account you are authorised to operate. Keep login codes, your phone and transaction PIN private. Public wallet identifiers and claim codes are not login credentials. Identity verification, transaction limits and access restrictions depend on the service and applicable requirements; creation of a wallet is not completion of identity verification.

Before sending or paying, check the amount, recipient, fees and transaction purpose. A claim link may be used by someone it is forwarded to. CANCEL stops a pending bot action; it does not necessarily reverse a completed transfer. Report suspected unauthorised use promptly through Profile → Support. Responsibility for an unauthorised transaction must be assessed on the facts and applicable law, not automatically assigned to the customer.

3. Wallet balances and funds

Your Dropp wallet shows an internal ledger balance of credits, debits and amounts available for eligible transactions. A displayed balance does not itself establish a bank deposit or insured account. Calling it an internal ledger does not determine whether licensing is required.

Money backing wallet balances is held by Flutterwave, not in a Dropp bank account. Your balance is Dropp's record of your share of those funds, and you may cash out any available balance to a Nigerian bank account in your name, subject to verification and lawful restrictions. Wallet balances earn no interest and are not covered by NDIC deposit insurance. No escrow or guaranteed recovery is promised.

4. Funding, payment verification and cash-outs

Funding and guest payments are credited only after server-side confirmation with the payment provider; screenshots, client callbacks and checkout acceptance alone are not proof of payment. Use the bank details, reference and expiry displayed for that transaction. A virtual account number does not by itself establish a personal bank account.

Cash-outs are initiated manually and remain subject to verification, available funds and applicable restrictions. A submitted cash-out is not confirmation of recipient credit. Review fees before confirming. Failed, duplicated or uncredited transactions should be reported with their reference; resolution and any refund depend on verified records and applicable rights.

5. Commerce, fees and refunds

The seller identified at checkout supplies the advertised product, service or digital access. Dropp supplies the platform and payment tools and remains responsible for its own obligations. Checkout must show the total payable, seller fee and any buyer-paid processor fee before confirmation. Wallet-to-wallet transfers must not be described as attracting a percentage fee where none is charged.

Net product-sale proceeds are normally held from cash-out for 24 hours. This is not escrow, insurance, guaranteed delivery or an automatic refund. The hold is not a deadline for statutory consumer rights. The Refunds and Disputes draft explains review and remedies.

6. WhatsApp and AI

WhatsApp is an optional channel for supported commands. DROP uses a four-digit transaction PIN and a three-minute confirmation session; three wrong attempts currently lock bot transfers for 30 minutes. FUND opens Dropp's sign-in and wallet funding page. Never send card PINs, payment OTPs, passwords or identity documents in chat.

WhatsApp/Meta and the messaging gateway process messages. Dropp masks standalone PIN replies in its message list, but raw webhook deliveries may contain those replies. Delete sensitive messages from your device when appropriate; masking is not a promise of deletion from all records.

Dropp AI may draft sales content. Sellers must review factual claims, prices, rights and offers before publishing. AI output can be inaccurate and does not constitute legal, financial or regulatory advice.

7. Restrictions, termination and disputes

Dropp may restrict transactions where required by law or where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security risks, provider restrictions or disputes. Where lawful, users should receive the reason, review route and treatment of remaining funds. Closure does not remove lawful refund or redemption rights or required record retention.

Nigerian law applies subject to mandatory rights in any jurisdiction that applies to the transaction. Use the Complaints draft for reporting and escalation. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer and data-protection rights. Dropp remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations. Material changes require an appropriate notice and effective date, not silent retrospective adoption.
